Driven by the explosive growth of its subsidiary Roadmir Bio—which operates a global B2C platform—NextEye achieved record-breaking performance in the first half of the year.
On the 18th, NextEye announced its consolidated financial results for the first half of the year, reporting cumulative revenue of 119.4 billion won, an operating profit of 3.2 billion won, and a net profit of 8.6 billion won. Both revenue and net profit set new all-time highs for a half-year period, while operating profit reached its highest level in eight years.
Compared to the same period last year, the company achieved remarkable growth in both scale and profitability. Revenue surged by 438.5% year-on-year, and operating profit increased more than 35-fold. Net profit also rose by 107.9% year-on-year to 8.6 billion won, demonstrating strengthened financial fundamentals.
This growth in first-half performance was driven by the rapid expansion of Roadmir Bio, a wholly-owned subsidiary that operates the global B2C platform "Roadmir." Roadmir Bio recorded revenue of 114.3 billion won and an operating profit of 4.7 billion won for the period. Profitability is growing alongside revenue expansion driven by the company's proprietary platform.
In addition to its rapid growth, Roadmir is strengthening revenue stability by expanding its product portfolio within the platform. In addition to its flagship anti-aging health supplement "IEONA GENEAKG," the company's cultured wild ginseng root supplement "HELACELLONE"—launched last December—has grown to generate monthly sales of approximately 2 billion won.
A NextEye official stated, "We have confirmed the growth potential of the 'Roadmir' business by achieving record-high sales and net profit for the first half of the year," adding, "We plan to sustain this performance growth in the second half by expanding our product portfolio and aggressively targeting global markets."
