NEXTEYE enters the NFT blockchain business. Partnership with the cruise NFT enterprise Artlog.

NEXTEYE, entering the new business of NFT blockchain in collaboration with Artlogue, a Cruise NFT venture.

 

NEXTEYE(137940) announced that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Artlogue to launch a new NFT(Non-Fungible Token) blockchain business on Tuesday.

 

ARTLOGUE is a cruise NFT company located in a ship cafe near Hangang Park in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Currently, the NFT online market is being prepared to purchase digital artworks and plans to operate an exhibition hall in a shipboard cafe, promote through celebrities, and discover new artists.

 

In particular, it plans to expand content related to virtual space such as VR(virtual world) and AR(augmented reality) and display an online and offline exhibition space based on Metaverse. While appreciating the exhibits, you can also bid on the artworks on the platform with in-ship common tokens. To realize the benefits of artists with a simple settlement system and provide fast connection services for customers to invest.

 

NEXTEYE and ArtLog have agreed to cooperate on technology development, human resources, and platform development by setting up a joint venture for the joint venture of NFT blockchain.

NEXTEYE also announced on Thursday that it will issue the sixth bearer convertible bond (CB) worth 10 billion won and the first bearer unsecured private equity convertible bond (EB) worth 2.2 billion won, both of which are for working capital purposes. NEXTEYE said it plans to develop new businesses with high competitiveness based on its existing machine vision testing equipment business and Korea-China cosmetics business.
