Machine vision is a technology that provides machines
with a sense of human vision. Today's consumer products
require industrial machines be more precise, reliable,
and fast working in a complex manufacturing process. Machine
vision is at the center of the technology to give machines
flexibility to interact intelligently with the environment.
NextEye Co. Ltd. is a leader in the machine vision

In the semiconductor wafer processing area, NextEye
developed and installed Wafer ID reading/tracking system,
Camera-based barcode reader, and Wafer prober vision
system. In the wafer packaging area, NextEye developed
and installed IC mark inspection system, IC trimming
inspection system, and vision systems for ¥ìBGA ball
attach machine and ¥ìBGA singulation process. In other
areas, NextEye develops vision systems for Li-Ion battery
production machines and opto-electrical device production
machines.
As machine vision technology continues to improve and
to become more rigorous, need for the more trained vision
engineers grows accordingly. NextEye developed and installed
Educational vision system at technical high schools
and colleges to solve this problem.
NextEye also designs, develops, and markets machine
vision hardware platform. It includes DSP-based image
processing boards, Frame grabbers, and Stand-alone vision
system. NextEye will continuously invest on improving
